What is your turnaround time?
Most of our items are fully or partially made to order. Our TAT is up to 24 business days from the date that an order is placed to the date that it is shipped. Unless otherwise posted. Orders placed on or around new drop dates will typically be on the longer side of the spectrum due to high order volumes. Orders containing pre-orders or custom orders may have a longer TAT than other orders. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard USPS shipping within the US which typically arrives in 2-5 business days after the items have shipped. If you need rushed shipping, please reach out to us.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer store credit for products that are unworn, in new condition and are in their original packaging.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the original order. Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will issue a shop credit code to the email on file. Customers are responsible for return shipping and costs.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, but if there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@kinzleyscornerbows.com and we will get it taken care of immediately.
